About Lily Street
Lily Street Studios is a large warehouse filled with natural light. It houses a professional recording studio and photography studio. It is also home to 6 private artist studios, available for long term lease depending on vacancies.
It was built in 2018 by 4 engineers and musicians with the goal of developing an inspiring studio space that can help create some of the best music and art.
We are focused on practical well maintained spaces that make production easy as well as a relaxed feel for all our clients. We have large communal hangout spaces and access to parks across the road. Our facilities also include kitchen, washroom and toilets, flat load-in via a roller door and accessibility ramp for patrons with accessibility needs and easy load in for gear (no stairs!)
We offer Recording, Mixing & Mastering for music, film, TV and all audio, Production rehearsal space, Photography and video space, artist studio rentals and Venue hire for events.
